VSA Modern is a team that takes in any level of dancer and shows them that just about anyone can dance. Many of it's members are members of other teams already, and they help next generation dancers notice their potentials. They are all kind-hearted individuals who love to dance.
This team focuses on piecing together a set for VSA's Vietnamese Culture Night.

"Every year the Vietnamese Student Association (VSA) forms a Modern Dance Team to perform in our annual Vietnamese Culture Night. This is a non-exclusive team that welcomes new and experienced dancers who can either be a member or nonmember of VSA. In the past, we were known as Digga Dance Crew, however, the 2013-2014 dance team was able to revive and foster our dance team into what is now known as O Krew. Our events include competing in the annual CPP Showdown and performing for UVSA and school events.
Our main goal as a team is to give all dance members, especially those who are new to dancing, an experience where they can step out of their comfort zone, challenge themselves, as well as make new friends. This team is also meant to provide a niche for everyone to come and share their passion and love of dancing."
