With their rediculously high energy, their insane tricks, and their unrivaled thirst for showing what REAL Hip Hop dancing is all about, BodyRock is one of the most entertaining teams to watch in Southern California. They focus on BBoying/BGirling (that's right GIRLING) - one of the fundamental styles of Hip Hop - and they take dancers of all levels. You can start off as a slug and not be able to even hold your own weight up in a freeze, and they will teach you how to own up to the culture that is BBoying/BGirling.
This team loves sharing the Hip Hop culture, and is more that willing to teach it to you!
